I have one offer from Pune based company and yesterday I got another offer from Mumbai but before interview i told them that my expectations are 13.5 but yesterday in HR Round HR said our company has budget of only 10L and we can't give you 13.5. So my question is it good to accept the offer or should I ask HR why did you schedule my interview even after knowing my expectations..
Please suggest me what to do??

My first switch. I got an offer from KPMG India. I accepted that and after that I got an offer from Deloitte India. I didn't show the offer to Deloitte. Deloitte is giving a bit more extra in fixed part like 50K. Now I want to join Deloitte. Don't want KPMG to match or give more.
