Always shoot for the moon and they will tell you what they can meet. Cost of transfer but you'll tell the recruiter that you're forgoing the network you've built at pwc. Ask for 110-120 lol they will def say no but that could result in a sweeter sign in bonus
I would ask for 105-110 after a year as a senior and forgoing network
Damn those salaries are low for a senior. You guys aren't talking about consulting roles are you?
I've heard of SA1's as low as $75k & as high as $110k. Highly dependent on practice and location. I also know an M in Deloitte Advisory making $99k.
D, SA is second level, isn't that C for you guys?
Yah @dd1 is trolling. C level at D is 85-105. I know because I left at that level
@rdt experienced hires do not get a sign on bonus. @OP what are you making now as base?
91
You'll probably get 105. City?
I got a sign on bonus so def some do. OP you should def ask for 115 bc you can easily make similar if you stay at pwc without losing your network.
Advisory salaries are in a league of their own,
Ok, if SA is second level that's on par with C at D.
Interesting. But yeah OP always ask for more . But realistically have your expectations
