KPMG EA’s - what did you think of VA’a email? We went from being told we will be 100% remote going forward in the fiture to now you have to be in as needed. Just like they said there won’t be any more layoffs if EA’s.
How can you believe anything that comes out of that office? Never worked with someone who has 0 credibility.

I got an offer in UBS pune with 20 lakh fixed CTC for AO role, plus 80k shift allowances + 2.5 lakh relocation.
Also have an offer from Capgemini Pune for Manager role 26.75 lakhs ( 24.2 lakh fixed + 2.5 variable).
YOE - 13 years. This is my first switch.

Current location Chandigarh, UBS asking for joining in Pune office, Capgemini asking for Remote joining.

I got an offer letter from HCL. In that they mentioned as "Agreeing to the terms and conditions is as good as signing of physical contract form between you and company. It has legal binding as per the law if mutual trust is breached."

Any problem if I not joined after accepting the offer.

Looking to transfer into a client associate role (unregistered at the moment, but willing to obtain). I had already told him monetary awards were not necessary as the "thank-you" and words of appreciation were enough for me.

Is it normal to receive such large monetary awards? I think 50~100 is acceptable

I’m working for 2 execs doing very heavy calendaring, redesigning the dept onboarding/off boarding program, and extensive expense reports to name a few things. What can I expect for salary for this position/company?
