Context: I was interviewing for a senior partnerships team, but they decided to offer a role on a lower tiered team exclusive due to ‘not having enough years of experience’. The team I interviewed for is a similar team to what I’m doing at google. The cash part of the offer is easily a 40% bump. With all that’s happening, what would you do?
