Hello everyone,
I am Data engineer with relevant experience in Big Data and AWS cloud of 8 years and got an offer from axtria.
I read some bad things about the work life balance there, is it true? I am thinking whether to resign or not.
If yes when should I tell them that I am not interested.Axtria

PwC has the highest retention because it forces three years for senior title...
PwC was shit as well
^not true. Definitely not in tax. Most make senior after 2 years.
^dunno where this person works, my raise was awesome (Audit)
PwC raises across the board were better than market. There is a reason why our attrition rate is lowest among Big 4. Numbers don’t lie.
I mean if 4-5% is decent guess we are just ungrateful in the northeast. But most were very unhappy.
S2 to S3 .. 9% raise . Audit
D1 - that was Sr Mgr in Risk Advisory after first year. Higher end of the scatter plot
@kpmg2 really? Maybe it depends on the area because our group was told that we had a bad year
Whose raises didn't? I thought PwC had good ones.
Northeast audit.
Mine was good—better than the EY ranges.
I think KPMG Audit may had bad year but us in Tax did pretty good. My new Senior got 24% raise in promotion year and I don't think it is Abbad raise.
I think it was dependent on your group/sub group and market but our subgroup did pretty good at least for staff and seniors as for I know.
12 percent with a 16 percent bonus. Not bad.
Holy crap D2. 6% bonus in a promotion year here. Less than 10% raise (with the promo piece included in the 10%).
6k raise s2-s3 tax
^KPMG 4 I know that 24% is abnormal but I am from GMS group and our business unit was doing ok this year.
Does any other firm get the 5k promo bonus like EY?
Typical raise for associates in my office was 10-12%
