Its a raise for half the year. So basically if your a senior associate youll be getting a pro rated $7,000 per paycheck more from 4/1-9/30. The best part is that future raises will be based on new salary so if you were making 90k your new base is 97k and your % raise will be on that.

No. Your salary increases by however much but year-end raises are 6 months later, so you'll receive half the mod-year raise amount before presumably getting a promotion and/or raise.
This is pretty solid for a mid year adjustment. Hopefully it pushes up compensation at competitors too.

Managers and Directors only get $5k. My mid-year was $13k.

Are you getting another raise this year? Deloitte did a mid year bump but based it on where you are in mid range in market. Everyone got varying amounts.
