KPMG provided me a 13 inch screen size laptop. It's being difficult to work on this small screen. Can I ask for a better laptop? How do you guys manage?

I’m a new associate working for a well-known defense attorney in my state. On one hand, I’m thankful for the opportunity to learn from one of the best, but he also excoriates and belittles me for my mistakes. Any advice on how much it tolerable? My current CTC is 16L (13L Fixed) in Accenture and working as CL10 and WFH.
I got an offer from PWC AC Bangalore is 21L fixed and WFH with joining date 15th Dec.
Now I got a promotional offer in Accenture of 16.6L fixed (25% hike) to CL9 which will be effective from 1st Dec.
They are asking me to retain.
Could any one please suggest me the better option? My yoe is 7 years.

My first switch. I got an offer from KPMG India. I accepted that and after that I got an offer from Deloitte India. I didn't show the offer to Deloitte. Deloitte is giving a bit more extra in fixed part like 50K. Now I want to join Deloitte. Don't want KPMG to match or give more. But as I accepted the offer already I am thinking what would be the impact in future if I think to join KPMG someday.
