KPMG recruiter wanted to have a phone call to talk about the offer. Anyone knows if I can negotiate over the phone or wait for an official offer letter then negotiate it?

I've been asked to provide performance review feedback on another executive, someone I do not trust and have a really challenging relationship with. Our CEO thinks I am making more of this than need be and hasn't taken my asychronous feedback seriously. How do I submit performamce review feedback knowing the person receiving it doesn't care or trust my POV on this person? How should I handle this situation?

I have an offer from Capgemini engineering. The Joining bonus payout, i believe, is done at the end of first month. Is the tax on JB deducted straight away during the payout, or is it deducted at the end of the Financial year?

Also, for Capgemini engineering the ID cards and payslip will be from Capgemini or Altran or Aricent?
