Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

SC1 or SC2 at D is a SA here, SC2/SC3 might be a manager here, but typically in strategy, the role responsibilities for manager are 1:1.
Comp is wide, external hires can see 130-170 depending on your background. I’m an exp hire SA (c2 at Deloitte S&A), came in at 150 base
Guessing that 130-170 range is for folks coming in as a SC not C? I’m shocked they brought you in as a Consultant for 150 base. That’s awesome. I didn’t know Deloitte paid that much
SC to M at D. A lot of KPMG Ms will go to the big D as SC.
K4. I will be submitting my resignation to KPMG Strategy this month. SA to D SC, but going in at a 200k base. 30k up from where I am at KPMG. SC also has a target 24% bonus, which is comparable to that of a KPMG M.
K5. Are you in HCOL? I’m a Strategy SA

SC. Post MBA?
Most Masters non MBA
SA at KPMG could be anywhere from C1-SC3 at Deloitte. I’ve worked at both and it’s an issue at KPMG that we don’t have a C level. You get to SA after 2 years out of undergrad but also post-MBA. It’s really annoying and the pay range is literally $90k-$170k (in Strategy, can’t speak for other practices) depending on how/when you got to SA.

It's similar in my practice at Huron. They also recently pushed the bar higher for M, so the breadth of experience is basically 2-7 YOE for Associate (our SA equivalent). For that reason, we've had associates move to D at C, SC, and M.
