I worked as an account manager in in a Italian Saas e-commerce startup ( basically like Shopify) and decided to leave it to have an experience abroad( Poland) in a corporate to improve my analysis skills as a sales analyst for PepsiCo. Honestly I am missing a lot my last job job and I am looking for position like account executive or something similar in a tech, Saas company. Do you have any suggestions where to go as a company and salary? Also remote jobs are good

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I am on course to getting an offer from Mck for the role of Data Analyst. Salary negotiations are pending. I also have a pretty neat offer from a tech product company for a role of consultant. If the Mckinsey compensation is almost similar to the product company, should I go for mckinsey ? I am in two minds because it's an Analyst role with no customer facing. Will that still add value to my career ?
