LA people: what’s a good salary range for a CW with 3-4 yrs experience (mid level role)?

Would you be willing to share your salary information and any information about your work load/the amount of groups you manage and their size as well as your years of experience? I’m trying to determine if mine is comparable to what others receive. Thanks for any insight!

1) Am100 firm with 1900+ billable hour requirement, very reputable in the region
2) Am200 firm with 1750+ billable hour requirement, less reputable in the region because it’s a satellite office, pays $35k less than option 1

They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

How to check what is there in full and final settlement as they just sent the amount to my account...not any mail or anything to check.
