I've just recently been hired as an assistant manager at a Canadian outlet store. It's a small company in comparison to others, but there are over 10 locations spanning western Canada and NW united states. I'm curious as to what others in a similar position are getting as salary. I was offered $42k plus bonuses at the interview, but when called back I was offered $44.5k plus bonuses. I already accepted. Did I leave money on the table here?

Should you get paid more to go into the office? Going to the office is more costly with time and travel related expenses but on the flip side if you’re company doesn’t pay for office space then that money should come to you?

I'm a paralegal getting my MBA by August 2023. I had an interview for a new position at my current company but in a different department. The new position is to help open new locations across the US including hiring, training, performance, etc. It is heavy travel (75%) going to the new sites. Salary for the new position is $110k and I currently make $85k. No formal offer yet but current department is trying to keep me. ADVICE PLS!

I have four years of customer service and i am an assistant manager at a small hotel. I applied to multiple internships but dint got any offer. I also have a 3.5 gpa right now and I’m just not sure as to why I don’t even get an interview… is it because my school is not very know or does it make a huge impact?
