WWYD: FTM and gov attorney - before I went on mat leave I filed letters listing my argument unavailability dates. Recently I learned I totally miscalculated my leave - I listed my return as Jan. 3, and HR just told me I am eligible for leave until late Feb. But one of my cases was already scheduled for early Jan. and I confirmed the date with the court. If I work at all, leave ends. Go back early since it’s my mistake or contact court and try to move even though I already confirmed the date?
