(edit: PCOS cysters), do you know or keep track of your estrogen/testosterone/progesterone/DHEAs numbers?

Asking not for the numbers but the act of knowing.

No

Testosterone, yes.

Blood tests are the only way I know of to track something like this. There may be other ways to perform at-home tests, but I do not know of any off hand.

I have really started to hate how much weight i have gained during the pandemic due to all the staying in, ordering food multiple times a week, not exercising because work hours are tough, gyms being closed. What did you do to combat the weight gain/facilitate weight loss? What kinds of foods to avoid, eat more of, healthier snacking options? I drink a lot of coffee but i always did and don’t think that added to my weight. I need to lose about 8-10lbs.

Ladies - I am seriously considering no longer taking the pill and would appreciate experiences and advice. I’ve been on it since I was 13, but am growing more concerned about the negative affects it can have in my body. I am not in a relationship and am only s*xually active when in a committed relationship so I have no immediate concerns about pregnancy. Has anyone been on the pill for a long time and stopped and if so what was your experience like?
