Ok, so getting back to the original content- I have zero financial incentive to say this and am just speaking as a 30 year old female. I have been using the Rodan + Fields Refine + Amp MD roller for about three weeks. I am stunned by the instant results. I now look in the mirror and smile at myself because I feel so pretty. I do think that the roller and the night time serum is key. I slept very poorly last night and around 4 am, I finally washed my face and officially got ready for bed. I was up at 8 and I could not believe how radiant my face was. I felt like I was cheating because I look so good. I've been reflecting on this a lot and even if the products are not as awesome as I think that they are, I think that there is a psychological element to their regimen and feeling like you are doing something to better yourself. I have felt empowered by this. Before, I used to have to take time off of work to go to the derm for expensive procedures (Fraxel, chem peels, Retinoid scripts), and now I can get similar results on my own time and for a fraction of the cost, inconvenience, and pain. Overall, I just feel very happy with my new bright face and the results. I feel better about myself and much happier.
P4- I was going to mention this in my post. I am concerned that the products say to check with your doctor before using while pregnant or nursing. There is a make-up powder product on their website and by California law, they are required to post that it causes cancer. My mom passed away from cancer so I spent the first week really concerned and on the fence about this. There is a R+F consultant on this thread (her link is above- also has the price points) and I have also posted the info for my friend who sells the products and she is very open to answering questions. I do have a theory that since these derms who created the products know which chemicals work, they mixed all of them together for maximum impact. I read somewhere else on their website that all of their products except for the Soothe line have fragrances to cover the chemical smells. I do have a theory that this stuff is like crack. My skin has has very difficult to treat issues for years and since I am getting results, I'm moving forward with it, for now, at least until I run out of this round. Yeah, to be honest, I am unsure if the long-term unknown (or at least unpublished) results of these products will be worth any possible potential health consequences to myself or future children, but I worry about this. If I come across a natural alternative in the next month, I'll switch to that, but right now, my skin needs help and this is working. The R+F consultant on here/my friend is probably in a better position to give a legit answer on this. As far as price point, I got the refine set plus roller for around $350, I think. The products are $150 (I think) and the roller that lasts a year is $200-ish. You can check the website for more details. Good luck and thanks for flagging a very important point! Fingers crossed that I'm not like the mom in baby mama who took those pills for live spots while pregnant with Tina Fey's character!
Lots of sex

So much water. Also make sure you use a good moisturizer. I use two: one for moisture underneath another one for spf. Check your diet too. If you aren't eating a lot of water based foods (I.e. Raw veggies, green leafy veggies, fruits) you're not maximizing your h2o intake.
Garnier under eye roller (it has a concealer). I started wearing just that and no other makeup and was getting compliments from total strangers
Yup, probably the same a holes on here asking how to meet women and asking how to approach them. #bye
The men on here are amazing. So.much.sexism.
^their bodies are age 30 but the brain is 12. How do they know their sisters/daughters aren't reading this?
Are people really claiming that sex makes you look younger? Maybe for the next five minutes... Also, no, blow jobs do not make you look well rested. Zip it.
Have to say, consulting or not, good tips for everyone!
A4- thank you!! Wtf, these people. Maybe we should tell them that vacuuming will make their guts smaller. You know, great for the abs, just like shoveling snow
And lots of water
NARS radiant creamy concealer
Rodan and Fields Refine plus Roller MD Amp has been working surprisingly well so far. Really helps me look more radiant and well rested. I can send you my friend's link if you'd like. It is money back guarantee after 60 days. Figured that I had nothing to lose and have been pleasantly surprised
1) lots of water 2) SPF. 3) good moisturizer 4)use a face oil nightly (Argan or rose hip)
Give blowjobs
Me to! I'm a guy.
Big fan of the super moisturizer masks as nighttime routine because hotels are so freaking dry! (Boscia, bobbi brown, glam glow)
@D1 Can the link be posted on here? I'd love to try it too.
