Cervello: Data Engineer: 13.5 LPA fixed With work life balance and job security which is a good deal to go for. As pe the CTC Cervello looks good but not sure about the work culture and job security as there is not more than 500 employees. Any insights ?Tiger Analytics Cervello

I’ve been working in the IT industry almost past 5 years. Recently moved to USA. Looking for job but not much luck. So I had a thought to opt for google grow certificates and I found one for Project Management(PM). Has anyone done google grow PM certificate? Should I opt for that? https://grow.google/certificates/project-management/ Will it help me getting a job or should I go for a degree course? Thanks

I have no issue with it. It’s cultural. Go for it!
Please search for previous threads! This has been asked a few times recently and we support you! Do it!
Hard to picture without seeing it. Maybe you could ask a trusted coworker what they think?
I had no idea it was a symbol of femininity. Learning something new every day.... also I have never considered a nose stud unprofessional
Totally fine as long as it’s not too ostentatious. See a lot of South Asian women wear it at EY and never thought it was unprofessional.
Absolutely go for it! It’s no different than wearing earrings really!
Basically like this pic (off the internet) but smaller
Asked my SO who is principal at bcg, he says he sees no issue. I think at conservative firms like ey you might find different schools of thought.
I have one too. It's a tiny diamond that's barely noticeable. I've had no issues and no comments about it. The recruitment firm that placed me at big4 had asked I take it off for my interview but, I said no its part of my culture. I got the job and have been with the firm for 5 years, no issue.
I have a tiny diamond nose stud too and nobody ever comments on it unless it’s a compliment. Rock it OP!
Same here part of my culture and I have been wearing it for a while now. Nobody ever told me anything for it. Provided I wear a very small diamond stud. It’s a charm to my personality I feel 😊.
I’m curious as to the it’s cultural part - asking because I’m interested in learning more an naive. Help me out?
Also definitely go for it - not unprofessional at all. Sorry I forgot to include that in both my original response and follow up.
Team, thank you so much for the comments & help. Quick update in case anyone stumbles across this thread with a similar concern: no issues and no comments (other than a couple of compliments). :)
It’s about 1.5mm and is a small pin/stud on the side of my nose
It is fine as long as it is small!
I have one. It’s much much smaller than the picture you have. It just a tiny single diamond. Stores in qns on liberty ave sell white gold ones.
