Grey hairs > losing hair !

32.. soon as i started working for GH lol
Wow! Honestly I’ve noticed they started showing up once I graduated college and started working at Deloitte lol.
37, I'm probably 40% gray. Started in my 20s, runs in the family.
If your base color is light, it's pretty easy to blend them into balayage highlights. I haven't had my hair colored since the pandemic but am telling myself at least that it reads blonde due to the color that still remains in the shaft/ends.
Unfortunately I have dark brown hair, so it’ll stand out once it gets to a high amount
I noticed them in my early 20s, just one or two, but noticed several around age 25. Don’t know %, but I could like always find one if I tried.
Weirdly enough they’ve actually almost gone away. I think (and I’m no hair expert) gray hairs can be caused by aging OR by stress/poor nutrition, and in the latter case the gray follicle will start producing pigment again once you remove the stressor or do better with vitamins.
For me, it was pretty clear that the stressor was coming from being in a PhD program. Once I finished my PhD, my hair went back to black. I have only a few (really, like three by my temple) gray hairs now at 28, and I just pluck them when I see them.

You're right - I just read an article about a study that showed grey hair caused by stress can be referred m reversed:

Now 32 😭😭😭
Same 😢

Just found my first few greys at 23 😩

I had quite a few in my early 20s and then they either went away or blended in with the rest of my hair - i didn’t notice them for years and no one else did either (had a clump on maybe 3-5). While pregnant at 34, it seemed like i got a ton and now that i am 10m pp, i can’t find them anymore.

Started seeing grey hair this year, i’m 35

50’s, and still not many
I’m 35 and finally notice more than a handful 😭
I started getting white hairs when I was 16. Since my hair is almost black, they shine through like lightning lol. I actually can't wait for my whole head to turn white, I think white hair is beautiful. Only in my early 30's here, and I have a long way to go because I still only have very few white hairs.
I had them since middle school and have been dyeing my hair since 18 😭
I started noticing mine in my early 20s. I’m now 30 and I have a bit more (sort of have a streak like Stacy London lol but smaller). I have dark brown hair. I recently discovered the Redken color glaze that my stylist recommended. It costs just $25 and lasts for about 2 months before it slowly washes out (I don’t wash everyday). It’s amazing because 1) low cost and 2) I didn’t want to commit to fully dying my hair for the rest of my life due to damage and maintenance costs so it’s a perfect solution for now

Had a ton of grays in high school (my mom was terminally ill), very few grays in my 20s and early 30s, but now at 35 my pubes are going gray at an alarming rate. Hair on my head is just fine though. Very bizarre.
