When will increment letter come?
Travelers I'm looking to find out how much a level 1 underwriter should be making with 3 years experience in personal lines. I'm moving to a different area of personal lines namely facility Association but I feel like I'm being cheated. they are offering me 49k. I've felt under paid for some time now. I've done my research and I should be in 52k -57k range. Its frustrating because i want to stay where i am but i have had other companies reachout willing to pay me even more. Hi All! I hope you guys are staying safe and healthy.
I am hosting a free workshop for teachers that I thought might benefit you. The workshop is called From Unsettled to Prepared Classroom. I am giving you the tools you need to feel organized and ready for this upcoming school year. There is so much that is still uncertain and it can be super daunting to start to plan for a year like this one.

I don’t have a lot of advice but also am having very similar feelings😣😣 I did go to therapy for a bit and it definitely helped speaking to a third party about my frustrations but not too much has changed in my feelings/behavior. I’m simply more aware of the issues. I feel like things are falling apart in all aspects of my life and I’m behind in work, I’m not feeding myself well so I get headaches and then don’t produce good work, I don’t have time to do things outside of work because I’m behind on work and trying to catch up, BUT it’s also my own fault because I procrastinate on said work because I have no motivation. It’s a vicious cycle😭
I'm so sorry you're dealing with that. My husband has also been experiencing unusually high anxiety recently, to the point that we would up going to the ER a couple times last month (apparently a severe panic attack has the same symptoms as a heart attack). The first time they just said it's not a heart attack, and sent us home. The second time, the doctor actually took time to ask him about what's been going on in his life, and wound up giving him a low level anti-anxiety medication to take daily and a stronger one to take when he actually started having a panic attack. Honestly, it's helped him so much. He is sleeping much better, handling stress better during the day, and said he feels much more like himself now. You should consider taking to your doctor - it may make a big difference for you too.

OP, I have been there. I know it’s hard during COVID days, but is it possible you put down job search effort for a few weeks and take some time to decompress? Is it possible you pick up a few hobby? Running, biking, gardening, sewing, yoga/pilates, etc all gave me some sort of reprieve when I was frustrated with my job search. Therapy definitely would help but I’d also advise to get into some physical activities to rebalance and refocus. Good luck.

Jobs come and go, but having people that care about you and love you is the most important. You’re just going through a stage, which we all go through at some point in our career, change your perspective. Focus on the things you can control (apply to jobs in a weekly basis, focus on interviews). It took me 1 year and over 100 interviews to change my career path, and double my pay. It was well worth it, I set 2-4 hours a week for the job search/applying. Manage your stress the way you’d manage a project, small activities one step at a time.

awww I am so sorry, I don’t have many words but just know you’re not alone — I feel like w job searchings it’s just not over until you land something, but just know the search is hard right now ❤️ try to build a routine, surround yourself with good things and schedule in things you love! take time away from the search to watch movies and do fun things :) I think the process always takes longer than we expect it to

Therapy?
Thank you all for your kind words and advice. ❤️ I’m sorry to hear some of you are going through this as well..
Have been going through something similar. I could not recommend therapy enough! It’s really helped me remind myself that my value does not come from my job or how productive I am. It’s done wonders to help me set healthier boundaries with work.
