You may have certain deficiencies (iron deficiency I think causes tiredness) Are you working out/eating right? I’m 28 but I know certain people who have been their fittest in their 30s, takes more work I guess. Also the whole 30s thing is a human creation- nothing magically changes when we go from 29 to 30 or 34 to 35 😅 We’re just getting old gradually and our bodies start declining after 25 I think. Don’t focus on or stress about these milestone #s! :)
I stopped taking hormonal birth control and realized I got so much more energy and didn’t feel as fatigued
Sleep. In my 20s i was able to get away with not sleeping. 35 now and have made sleep my priority. Second priority is working out. Those 2 combined gives me plenty of energy throughout the day.
Definitely see your doctor and have them run blood tests - inclusive of cortisol, vitamin d, iron, hormones, thyroid, etc - to rule out anything that needs to be tackled there first.
Then, look at sleep and nutrition. Are you getting 7-9 hours a night? Are you only drinking caffeine before 2 pm? Are you drinking 100+ oz of water a day? Are you eating enough vegetables and protein (typically recommended as over 90g of protein a day for a normal adult, but many consume much less than that - you can google appropriate portions for your body via the google).

Oh no. I’m 24 and always feel tired 😓
If you’re also on lockdown don’t discount that as a contributing factor

It was shocking to me how much energy taking care of my kids or even just my house take up. I sleep for seven hours and it definitely doesn’t feel like enough.
I got a recent experiment because I’m injured and can’t do anything but sit here. Suddenly waking up refreshed after 7 hours. Meanwhile hubs can’t get out of bed from picking up the slack.
Anyway, take a look on if you have creeping levels of responsibility. Doesn’t have to be kids, could be a dog, bigger place, etc.
Agreed that you should check your iron levels, and maybe Vitamin D too.
I was like that but I recently changed up my diet and cut out a lot of foods to lose weight. I have found myself much more energized during the day.
I’ve pretty much just been eating veggies, meat and fish. I stopped eating super sugary foods and high carb foods. I didn’t eat horribly but I loved all of the snacks at Trader Joe’s. Now I don’t crave that and for some reason have more energy. I also haven’t been drinking at all. I wasn’t a big drinker before but I haven’t had a drink in over a month now. I also lost 13 pounds.
If there was a sharp decline in energy, something else is going on there. I’m in my 30s and haven’t noticed any major shifts in energy. But I also take vitamins, generally eat well and try and get 6-8 hours of sleep at night.
