Ladies! Is this appropriate for an office holiday party with formal dress code? My first year attending one, wondering if the neckline isn’t appropriate? Thanks!

Depends how busty you are. As someone with DDs, It would be too revealing on me. If you're smaller, go for it

I love it; it would be fine at ours. Have a cream pashmina on when you enter and check the vibe if it seems ok to release the shoulders?

If you don't have a lot of cleavage, go for it!

Very pretty, I would wear a cardigan though of you're worried about it not being conservative.

Go for it. It’s stunning. You’ll look beautiful.

Love it!

Yes go for it! You will look lovely

It doesn’t seem dressy if the dress code is stated as “formal”. I prob wouldn’t wear it to a work party. But that’s just me. Agree to bring g a cashmere wrap if you wear it. Otherwise, I like the dress in general. Wear it to a regular party!

like

I personally wouldn’t but I also work in an ultra reserved/button up culture. My rule of thumb is nothing below the collar bone but that’s just me. Update: wait is this a work event or friends party? If friends then yes go for it

Im an American woman, you guys. It was just a joke!

With a jacket yes

I love it!

This is gorgeous and I think it’s perfect!

For sure, Christmas party is the time to show out in my office. But I guess know your audience.

like

Well the neckline depends on your size…if I wore that, I’d look like Pamela Anderson

like

Wear a jacket or camisole underneath

Go for it. Cleavage or not , it’s a gorgeous dress !

I’d wear a jacket

So...any guesses to what’s in this Holiday Mystery Box?

If buy the partners you work with regularly a holiday gift, how much do you spend? Usually I get baked goods or food items which you can’t tell the actual amount spent on. This year, though, I’d like to support local restaurants by encouraging people to order takeout—hence, giving gift cards. How much is appropriate for a restaurant gift card from an associate to a partner?
