Watch your diet, lift weights, take classes if in bigger cities and project timings allow it.
Ey1 is right. Diet is #1. Make sure you eat enough to properly fuel your body, eat enough protein, and balance cardio with weights.
500 calories a day burned from exercise no matter what. Running, lifting, classes, or even just marching in place or jumping jacks in the hotel room at night if I haven't hit my goal yet.
ClassPass can be helpful for drop in classes while traveling.
Have a lot of sex on the road. Really hot consultants from Deloitte in my hotel. Womp womp !
Make sure you do some element of strength training, even if it's squats/lunges/push-ups with no extra weight. Makes a big difference in your overall tone, plus muscle burns more calories naturally than fat, so the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn even when you're not explicitly exercising.
Don't skip breakfast. I never liked breakfast but now I find a couple eggs or really anything that isn't too sweet or bready helps me eat better the entire rest of the day
Cut carbs and eat healthy
