If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

Are you a peer or above the colleague? If you're a peer leave it alone unless you can talk to her as a friend that can just give her an FYI you can see her panty line but didn't wanna embarrass her. If you're her supervisor you can decide if it's something that's distracting to the client / team... although risky. Best way is to talk to her as a friend
If you worked at EY you could point out the flyer in the break room showing what's not appropriate workwear posted after we went to jeans everyday. I see women ready for the club sometimes at work but I just MMOB.
Say nothing?
If she has a tight body, I encourage it
This is why I hate having teams with more than one woman on them. On a team full of dudes this never comes up.
You know some ppl don't choose to wear tight cloths...the cloths became tight as we gain weights from binge eating due to stress at work 😭
MYOB
How is that your problem?
MYOB. You can't account for style. It's truly not your problem. And you will look like an ass if you try.
Are her boobies falling out or are her pants just snug? I think there is a huge difference.
There are people that probably think my clothes are too tight. Oh well
I don't agree with the MYOB people at all. We just had someone get put on a PIP for a lot of reasons, including her dress. No one approached her and at that point she had her rep and there wasn't much she could do. I wish I had approached her as another associate with more experience to let her know expectations.
Woman's right to choose!
Unless you feel sexually harassed by her in some way, then you mind your own business and forget it ever crossed your mind to judge a woman's physical appearances and wardrobe choices.
I think we might need some pics here. I don't think we are getting the full picture.
Wait it's directed to girls, my bad
Even if I can see her panties? Ok I'll MYOB then lol
Mind your own business
I think this depends 100% on the severity of the offense. Big deal if you see a panty line or bra line. Get over it. Bigger deal if she's busting out of her pants/shirt and you're nervous there's going to be a nip slip or something. Either way, this conversation needs to come from a higher up and not a peer. It would be best handled by HR.
These situations are soooo tricky because as a woman, I like wearing whatever I think looks nice on me and whatever I feel most comfortable in. But at the same time, I find it distracting when women or even men (although it's rare men are like this) wear clothes that are too revealing. Such as seeing underwear through pants or a see-through shirt. But I agree with PwC 3. If you're above her, maybe tell her that her clothing choice was not appropriate. Because it does say in the dress code that revealing/see-through clothing are not allowed. But if you're her equal or below her, I would just keep it to yourself. People should keep it classy in the workplace to an extent.
