Who is your nemesis at work- and why!

I have a manager that does not seem to understand mental illnesses, disorders, etc. He thinks I am making excuses rather than trying to explain things (I have diagnosed ADHD, anxiety, and depression) and I’m trying to take ownership for issues but also help him understand what I am describing better as well. We are sitting down for a conversation later this week. Any advice on how to gently educate or help with his understanding of neurodivergence and other mental health considerations?

There was a time in my life where I would get a very visible tattoo every quarter to see how my leadership team would react to them.

Lateraled a month ago and after two weeks a very young partner told me my work had “consistently missed the mark” which was not at all in line with other feedback I’ve received. So my current CD kinda doesn't give any direction. They look at what I've done and change like one word. Maybe I'm an acd and I don't need much oversight? They also ask me to help lighten their load but never know what needs to be done and tell me to ask the account or design team. Solo designer in a consulting firm of around 50ppl . My +1 is a head of departement that is not linked to design. He’s gathering briefing, discussing money and planning then throw at me work to do « asap ». Results is often quickly pushed, and poor quality of work. On top of that my knowledges and skills are doubted? Is this usual in consulting firm ? How should I deal with that ?

My current manager is a very controlling and has perpurated a v tense culture within the team. The boss recognises that the team is stressed, but blames the team for having such an attitude. The person is a micro manager dictates things like when work pings should happen, but at the root of it all, the team is over competitive & unhappy because of the leadership. Everyone's scared to write anything in PMR or perf for the fear of being identified. I'm new to to the team, but not to Google. Help!

Hello so I recently had a situation. I worked at an office for 10 years. I asked the supervisor for help and she has a tantrum. Starts yelling, what do u want? Ripping up my schedules for the next day. After all the commotion I go to her office to talk to her and she starts throwing away her lunch, mind you it 4 pm and saying I guess I get no lunch today, what can I do for you? What would you have done?
