Just so I’m clear: you want to screw over the old company that hired you, that your new company is asking to help you and then succeed, and you want to figure how you can make Accenture’s life as difficult as possible when their goal is to help you as a client. Gee, I wonder why you were let go?

OP - keep in mind that the new company may have preferred to hire you just because of your prior work experience with Accenture. I’m also ex ACN and have no lost love for them as they treated me horribly especially when I was also cut. Revenge for me would be to call their BS, appreciate the hard working consultants but give the MD a hard time for all the pork and overhead he/she adds. Beat them up on price negotiations as you know how the internal costing and billing works. That my friend is sweeter revenge than being a petty old man 😎
Replace them with Deloitte - I could easily staff the project, hmu
Maybe Deloitte?
Was thinking of being overly nice to the offshore team while pushing the onshore people into crazy hours, and also sending all my documents as screenshots, making my slides horrible before I send to them

It saves it as a pptx, but editing the slide is a nightmare. This trick is ok for copying text etc, but pretty useless if you are wanting to reuse the slide
Shop local consulting. That way your also building a fallback relationship if this gig doesnt work out, and you also help your neighbors and peers.
You'll also get better rates, and they are usually ex-big consultantcy ppl anyway.
Following. C2 As in small biz in your local area? Is there some sort of directory for that (besides google search). I am looking for a new gig and like working with consultants but not a fan of the big 4 culture.

Send all your data in pdf and never in excel

Don’t jinx it OP
Don't ! Having ACC work for you gives a huge advantage, you know how they operate.
This. You can be a hard ass on pricing and save your new company money. I worked for a former colleague client. She cut the kickoff and status meetings bc she knew it was just director overhead.

Drop the contract and hire a competitor?
I aspire to this level of pettiness.
Good on you, and best of luck in the new job

Definitely RFP any add-on work, make it onerous and help competitors, then make sure after they put together 50+ page responses that they never have a legit chance of winning.
Milk em
Hire FTEs
You don’t! That’s how you mess with them; make them your best partner and make them regret why they let you go
Wouldn't it be a complete upside - OP went from someone they deemed low performing to a client that buys Accenture - it's a win for accenture,

Get the job first then report back. The adults will give you some real power moves.
Can you share ? Inquiring minds like to know 😀
