Landed a job at A top 4 private bank (JPM, CITI, MS or GS) and have a verbal offer. Now going trough the self disclosure questionnaire and I have been fired once 7 years ago due to internal politics (company tried to justify it with poor performance). I used to work in a total different industry and for a very small company. This never came up in the interviews , should I disclose it? Will it raise red flags possibly compromising my offer?

How do you prepare to ask for a significant raise in your annual review? I have 4 YOE and according to the internet, my salary is pretty below average. I'm worried that asking for a raise will make things tense and unpleasant if it doesn't go well.

I've seen one post in Facebook, one person joined in TCS 3 months back and now HR called and asked about relieving letter of his absconding company where he worked only 2 months and however he didn't mention his experience in resume as well.

My question here I'm also in same situation I worked in one call centre company as part timer so it was irrelevant experience to me and i absconded from that company once I get full time job. Does it trouble after joining?
