I had been working full-time as a teacher while also studying full-time so my portfolio isn’t the greatest. My question is, coming from a career that isn’t in tech and with little experience how can I make myself stand out more? More personal projects? More certifications? What would you choose between P&G, pwC and a small consulting firm for a data science internship. The three positions are based in Paris and in data science, I have to take a decision this week and I'm completely lost :/

Me and few of my friends recently switched jobs i got ctc in range of 20s lpa and all of my friends got in range of 30s lpa
The companies and the tech stack is not same.
Now i am feeling like i low balled myself during negotiations and also I didn’t played around with like 10-20 offers like my friends did to get such an exponential hike.
What do you think shall i do guys?

Job1 - Yr1 - $52k base + 10% bonus
Job2 - Yr5 - $100k base + bonus, upto 100%
Job3 - Yr6 - $120k base + bonus, upto 30%
Job4 - Yr8 - $140k base + $100k equity
Job5 - Yr13 - $180k base + bonus, upto 30%
Job6 - Yr18 - $197k base + 27% bonus + stock option

Their requests often take the product on a tangent as they have very niche use cases, and this uses up (some) Engg bandwidth from other key areas needed to grow the market both locally and in other locals.
Leadership wants to keep the client so they agree to all their demands.
How common is this? Is this strategy okay or are there pitfalls we aren't seeing?

Recently tried to buy series-I bonds from the fed and they refused to allow me to open an account without getting a notarized form with my address on it. They say it’s a 13 week processing time, which really pisses me off. Two questions:
1 - would I be able to max out 2022 plus 2023 series-I investments if they were bought in Jan 2023?
