Virtusa is a good service company. Hikes are average just like other service companies. Hierarchy here is: Associate software engineer < Software Engineer < Associate Consultant < consultant < Senior Consultant < Manager You should be getting Associate Consultant role with your exp. For project deployment, you'll have an internal interview with the project mates after joining, make sure the tech stack is what you're expecting.

Pay scale depends if you have any counter offers I guess for your exp, you can expect anywhere between 7-10 fixed. And I'm leaving virtusa in a month with 2.5 year exp.

Do they include bonus in the ctc ? Do they provide any other benefits such as internet bill reimbursement and all?

Honestly I don't remember, anyway the designation doesn't even matter. It is the salary which matters. I think consultant position is given for people with 4+ years exp.

I don’t go to a therapist but this app made me realize why people find it helpful. Sometimes all I want is to talk about what’s on my mind, even if I know the answer or I’ve already brought it up and heard the answer or even if there is no answer. Just saying what I’m thinking about without any filters to people who don’t know me personally and shifting it from a discussion in my mind with myself to a discussion involving empathy from others. Thankful for this app.
