HR from a new organisation : asked me expected CTC , I said 19 , then went for technical round managerial round and HR Round ,

finally I got an offer of 13.5LPA , I politely put down the offer

HR: I will check with finance team and try to increase the CTC after one week , HR came back with same CTC , once again I put down the offer.
