I’ve been diagnosed with partial hearing loss. It isn’t so noticeable, since it’s only on the high-frequencies, which are the ones that give clarity not volume. Should I tell my supervisor or project about it? I don’t want to receive the grandpa treatment of having people screaming at my ear or to hinder my performance in any way; or should just keep it to myself?

I'm negotiating an ongoing contract where the workload would be 3 days worth of hours but spread over the week. The weekly hours are capped at 24. But these hours could broken whichever way/ whichever day depending on weekly needs.
