I am joining Delloite as a BA in Oracle financials. Is it really the case that in Delloite you would always be getting good implementation projects and also which are on Fusion cloud.

Currently I am in Infy and working on ORMB project. The hike that I am getting in Delloite is very less. Just around 10 percent. So is it worth it to switch just because I would get quality projects in D?
