I am looking for advice. I am currently the top performing member of my team, and have been since it’s inception. I have been promoted 2 times in the last year without applying for a position.
I recently applied for another position and was told my geographic location was not ideal. They hired someone who has no experience and is willing to move. I love my company but am wondering…when do you know it is time to move on?

How do you deal with interview burn out? I’ve been applying/interviewing for months with no offers and at this point, after so much prepping and rejection, I’m just demotivated and tired.

I have an interview Friday and don’t have the hiring manager’s email. I’ve been going through the recruiter. I wanted to send an email to the hiring manager after the interview to thank them, but don’t have an email. Should I ask for their email? It is in a teams meeting and it shows the manager’s name but not her contact information

In addition, when I send my thank you, should I also send a thank you to the recruiter who is my liaison during this process?

Hi all, I'm going to be transparent about my ENTIRE situation. I was released from FLDOC in 2016. I was offered a position at a local non profit. I've been there almost 6 years and am now a board member and an Executive Director. I'm being paid an hourly based salary.. Less than 40k per year. I run the entire organization alone which consists of 6 properties with over 25 tenants at capacity I also, find the houses to purchase, hire contractors, clean, collect rent, find and interview tenants!

Just recently got accepted into UVA’s Masters in Business Analytics program and their guidance for computers doesn’t seem very helpful. Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.
