How is EY India Dell client?
I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?

Anyone joined coforge recently? Any reviews for the same? Is it worth to join this organisation? They told me they are hiring for Santander bank account but still be having client interview before onboarding to project. Any idea on this account? Is it tough to crack client interview over there? I'd tell them today. You don't owe the pm anything. You are leaving.
Why do u feel you are being thrown under the bus? Your manager will face the consequences of clients reaction. The person is being short sighted.
PM have asked me to let him manage the message. He’s a micromanager. I transitioned to another resource this week but the client hasn’t been made aware yet.
Agree with everyone else. Definitely tell the client and say your formal goodbyes. If the client is going to be surprised then be very professional and present them with the transition plan. If they are confused defer those questions to the pm who was supposed to pass along the message that you’re leaving. It’s there problem at this point and not yours.
Tell the client, but do so tactfully and with discretion.
