Has anyone ever heard of this type of real estate private equity fund structure:

-One LLC, so only one PPM
-Multiple investors that can be onboarded anytime
-Multiple investments that investors can determine whether or not they want to invest in
-One K-1 per investor based on their investments and income
-Ability for the Sponsor/Fund to invest directly, indirectly and in equity, debt, Pref, etc.
To me this seems extremely cumbersome and would require multiple classes of (cont’d)

First time posting here but… I’m currently a 1st year Tax Analyst making 58,000 plus bonus. I was never informed on how raises work for this company, but it’s the end of the year and there has not been any talk of performance evaluation, which I assumed was when compensation would be covered. I know this is a weird thing to complain about but I get hit on way too much when I’m out. Sometimes the attention is bothersome and overwhelming. I feel like I can’t relax and just drink because people are always trying to talk to me or touch me or get my number. Ive completely stopped giving out my number and just try to keep everything on Instagram DM. I don’t know if there’s really a solution for this but just looking to see if others deal with the same thing.

Story: I had this group of girlfriends. Over the past year, two of them got in a major fight and I remained friends with both. The group all sided with one girl because they knew her longer, and I kept being friends with both because I genuinely cared for both. Now the larger group is saying if I remain friends with the other girl, I can’t be their friend (we’re 28). This makes me sad because I feel like my “friendships” are just falling to the wayside
