Last round of interviews with Deloitte, but they keep pushing the interview date back bc they are not ready to determine FY 17 hiring needs. Such a long process.

Deloitte's reputation speaks for itself - one of the great firms. With that said, I've mentored folks seeking roles there. They get past the final round but the firm doesn't extend an offer stating that they don't have budget. It's happened 2-3 times in the past year. My suggestion is to keep applying/interviewing until you have an offer in hand.

I hope so too. Not worried too much about the culture fit and skills interview, but a bit nervous about the case.

Awesome, good luck

No, I'm not. I have many intelligent friends who work there. My first job was with a boutique firm that developed Deloitte Consultant training, so I got to see their high-quality training first-hand.

There are definitely plans to hire this year in ot&t so stick with it!

Welcome! (Hopefully)

A1, I haven't had the final interview yet. HR keeps pushing it back. But the recruiter and the manger who did my 2nd interview are in touch with me weekly. I didn't apply, a recruiter contacted me.

Thanks A1!

A1, are you ex-Deloitte?

Which group are you applying to?

HC - OT&T

Thanks D2! Any pointers on the case? I was hired into Tech with ACN and didn't have to do a case.

Take notes as you're read the case. Repeat what you heard to check your understanding. Ask questions if you have them. Don't be afraid to take a little time to think it through and jot stuff down to gather your thoughts on approach.

So, I declined to attend the holiday party at work and I explained my reasoning to ONE co-worker. (I'm a Christian but don't celebrate Xmas because I believe it's rooted in paganism.) I quit my last job at the beginning of March. I quit with the intention of taking about two months off to relax and recalibrate. Prior to my last day of work, I submitted my resume for a random job opening, out of curiosity. I just finished the last round of interviewing, and feel really strongly they may give me an offer. Every one is congratulating me, but I'm torn. I would like more time off, but it's a great role, and significant salary increase. Any thoughts?

Question for those who have been in consulting longer than I am. I joined AP last year and love everything about the firm. WMP reached out to me earlier this year about their opening and I wondered if I should go ahead with the call. As you work and get more experienced, how did you handle these type of reach out all the time? Did you proceed with application/interview/introduction call? Did you say I’m happy where I am? Like I want to keep my option opened and getting paid what I’m worth...

My manager is not happy that I keep making small mistakes. I understand and agree that those small mistakes are really annoying for reviewers, but it is not easy for me to catch those mistakes since I am so lack of sleep. I have been working 80-100 hours a week for the past few months and have only slept for 3-4 hours a day including weekends. How can I perform better in this case?

Question for moms in this bowl: how did you manage to return to work like before after maternity leave? My baby has terrible acid reflux and needs to be held constantly (otherwise he will scream). I have about 4 months leave but the thought of going back to work gives me serious anxiety. I'm worried nobody will be able to take care of my baby the way I do and I already feel guilty... any advice will be appreciated!

Something kinda crazy happened today. All 1000 of my MNLO shares suddenly turned into VYNE and I woke up to a nice $1400+ ROI. I bought 1000 shares @ 1.80 a few months ago, but it was going down hill over the past week weeks. I’m glad MNLO changed it’s name and logo. Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come for this stock!
