So, I declined to attend the holiday party at work and I explained my reasoning to ONE co-worker. (I'm a Christian but don't celebrate Xmas because I believe it's rooted in paganism.) I guess word spread because this morning, someone forwarded me an email from an angry colleague saying that I don't understand the Bible and I shouldn't claim to be Christian...should I report it to HR? I feel conflicted because I don't want to cause further trouble and get the person who sent it to me involved

I quit my last job at the beginning of March. I quit with the intention of taking about two months off to relax and recalibrate. Prior to my last day of work, I submitted my resume for a random job opening, out of curiosity. I just finished the last round of interviewing, and feel really strongly they may give me an offer. Every one is congratulating me, but I'm torn. I would like more time off, but it's a great role, and significant salary increase. Any thoughts?

WMP reached out to me earlier this year about their opening and I wondered if I should go ahead with the call. As you work and get more experienced, how did you handle these type of reach out all the time? Did you proceed with application/interview/introduction call? Did you say I’m happy where I am? Like I want to keep my option opened and getting paid what I’m worth...

Decent local banks with free checking, and ATM free at other banks, that actually pay interest >1-2%? I think chasing a new account opening bonus might be better than seeking out interest lately...

My manager is not happy that I keep making small mistakes. I understand and agree that those small mistakes are really annoying for reviewers, but it is not easy for me to catch those mistakes since I am so lack of sleep. I have been working 80-100 hours a week for the past few months and have only slept for 3-4 hours a day including weekends. How can I perform better in this case?

Question for moms in this bowl: how did you manage to return to work like before after maternity leave? My baby has terrible acid reflux and needs to be held constantly (otherwise he will scream). I have about 4 months leave but the thought of going back to work gives me serious anxiety. I'm worried nobody will be able to take care of my baby the way I do and I already feel guilty... any advice will be appreciated!
