Deloitte's reputation speaks for itself - one of the great firms. With that said, I've mentored folks seeking roles there. They get past the final round but the firm doesn't extend an offer stating that they don't have budget. It's happened 2-3 times in the past year. My suggestion is to keep applying/interviewing until you have an offer in hand.
I hope so too. Not worried too much about the culture fit and skills interview, but a bit nervous about the case.
Awesome, good luck
No, I'm not. I have many intelligent friends who work there. My first job was with a boutique firm that developed Deloitte Consultant training, so I got to see their high-quality training first-hand.
There are definitely plans to hire this year in ot&t so stick with it!
Welcome! (Hopefully)
A1, I haven't had the final interview yet. HR keeps pushing it back. But the recruiter and the manger who did my 2nd interview are in touch with me weekly. I didn't apply, a recruiter contacted me.
Thanks A1!
A1, are you ex-Deloitte?
Which group are you applying to?
HC - OT&T
Thanks D2! Any pointers on the case? I was hired into Tech with ACN and didn't have to do a case.
Take notes as you're read the case. Repeat what you heard to check your understanding. Ask questions if you have them. Don't be afraid to take a little time to think it through and jot stuff down to gather your thoughts on approach.
