Lately I have little tolerance for big meals. I try to do IF and would naturally do it because I wouldn’t feel very hungry until noon and have a big lunch and a big dinner. In the past few months, if I eat a big meal, I bloat up. My body asks for small meals every 2 hours or so. This is very awkward socially or at office when I can’t eat much but keep feeling hungry so frequently. Do you think something else is going on that I need to check on?

IF shrunk my stomach so I feel fuller on less food now. Though I still eat 2 main meals and just 1 or 2 small snacks. I don’t feel hungry all the time.

I’m the same way. I can’t handle big meals, in fact I feel like I can’t breathe comfortably past a certain point of eating. I eat smaller meals through the day.

I bought an EV cost around 70k total and my husband is mad about it. It’s my first new car I buy for myself, I used to just take public transportation but it become inconvenient because I live outside the city. My base is 110k and bonus around 10-15% and he make around 60k. We pay 2.1k for mortgage but rent out 2 rooms which we get additional 1k/month. He already paid off his car. So I don’t know why he’s so mad about it and how to explain for him that I can handle it myself.

Thoughts on sabbaticals for mental health? I’m at a breaking point where my current project has ultimately affected my mental health which is thus affecting my ability to do my job. Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap.
