How much time off are they giving you? You can’t just start after the bar? When are you supposed to start? Being there for like a month when you’re not ramped up, immediately leaving for a month and then coming back to properly start seems silly to me. Although maybe your preference to have benefits etc. and you can get the trainings out the way now. Are you lit or transactional?
I would communicate in all your intro emails honestly “hi, so excited to get started here, as a heads up I will be out for the July bar exam from date-date but if you have anything I can help on that will wrap up before then please do reach out I would love to work with you”. If you’re actually starting I would not expect to be able to study “after work” (there is no such thing) only when you’re actually on bar leave.
That's ridiculous. I thought it was a settled industry standard for a firm to provide paid bar leave when they ask someone to move to a new state.
Fwiw my husband has moved states twice and both new firms gave him paid time off to study. First new firm gave him 6 weeks, second new firm is giving him off for the month of July.

Pending the state you moved to(i.e cali is dumb maybe study a bit more there), you shouldn't worry too much about it. You passed once, doing it again isnt a massive deal. I went from Cali to Texas and studdied for less than a week and ended in like the top 5%. Dont fall back to law school stress. You got this! You already got this!
I skipped 4 of the 12 essays when I took it 😂 0 knowledge lol

You should get more than one week off for the bar.
