Lawyer erroneously sends email to mailbox that goes to all firm lawyers. Follows up apologizing that it was a mistake. Do you:

A) Ignore the email; or

B) Reply with some variation on “I received this email in error,” thereby spamming all firm lawyers?

That’s right, B (at least based on the 13 emails I just received).

Respond to each one with a, "Noted, thanks."

C) wait until at least two dozen people have already replied all that they received in error and at least 2 people have replied all asking people to not reply all, THEN reply with something like “please remove me from this distribution list”

My buddy did his firm departure announcement by digging up a famous firm email thread where like 100 people responded (or responded not to respond, or to not respond to the response) and replying “all” (just the local office).

You wait and see what other people do. If people start piling on with it, then you jump in an have some fun.

More than 13 at this point!!

Same 😂

The barrage of three emails all at once with some variation of “please be respectful and don’t reply all” was the highlight of this mess

Hi Guys!!!

I have an experience of near 6 years and I have an offer from JPMC and Pepsico. There's a difference of 5-6 LPA. Pepsico is paying more which is basically a variable component. In Pepsico, project/product development will start from scratch. Though JPMC is an established brand name. Which company should I join? Any suggestions and advice are most welcome.

Thanks in advance!!!!

M fish, do any of you have recommendations for comfy athlesiure pants which are water resistant but also look good enough for wearing to a bar or restaurant? I like to be a minimalist packer and my vacations at this stage in life consist of some light hiking during the day followed by nice bars and restaurants so looking for a one stop solution I can wear for both. Looking to be ~$60 or less per pair. Thanks in advance!

I’m a second year so I get some of its on me but I feel like this is such a time suck. Do other people feel that way or did I just get a bad draw?

I know this happens a lot but I still get mildly annoyed when a senior tries to make revisions to your work that don’t actually make sense and the partner eventually just reverts to your original language/wording. Is it normal to struggle with the transition to starting your first legal job?
