Legit. They may not have started yet but plans are being formed. If you were off track at mid year, then you're on the list. That said, you are likely safe if your PE rating is 2. My guess is that as soon as PE ratings are final (aka march 18th for tech), we'll start seeing a few people let go

Stop It wasn't based on performance. I was just promoted in August. It was all utilization
In the current (but soon to be gone) performance evaluation system - utilization and "measured performance" have a high correlation. Too high if you ask me.

It was only like, a 3% cut, based on performance. I heard the severance is pretty solid - the firm is helping with placements too.
How much was severance? Hopefully better than PwC and the 2-6 weeks based on years onscreen service

From what I hear, it's mostly just 4s unless you are a 3 recorded off track at mid year. I honestly think it's not too bad of a situation.. More like an accelerated exit for 4s.
I had an SM let go. Situation was odd given she was recently back from maternity. Very poor taste on Deloitte's part. They talk a big game regarding flexibility, women, family, but it's all a sham. If you can't work 100 hours per week they show you the door.
