Desperately needed as the federal workforce continues to roll over and the next generation comes in.

Especially if you have a security clearance.

Hello Jalpariyo,

I want to learn more about Blockchain technology and how it works, is currently implemented by leading organisations and stuff.

Can you please help me by recommending any book/certification course/YouTube channel that would help me know more about this tech?

I’m a CA, so completely novice to it, but having a strong desire to know more about it. 😊

To put it plainly, why don't we educators invest in our professional development?

As a senior about to graduate, I have been applying to jobs and searching for a position. Sadly, the last couple of months I’ve had no luck. With my 3 years experience as Marketing Intern has given me a lot of experience and skills. The jobs who decline my applications have informed me that I don’t fit the description and the necessity’s for the position, though I match the descriptions they provided. How do you stay motivate and keep looking when you feel burnt out? Any advice outside that?

In house counsel in big tech. 14 YOE. Junior manager of a small team. I've been advising senior leadership for some time and find myself more interested in business strategy than legal (or beyond legal). I also want to better understand organizational systems. I've seen continuing education business courses or legal leadership programs, but I'm wondering if an executive mba would be better. Time and cost are considerations. Anyone have experience here or programs you'd recommend? Am I crazy?

Advise: I’m in cyber management consulting and doing really good career wise but now I got an offer to take on a small niche bank as CISO. Should I take it or try to get that partner offer 🤷‍♂️

What would you do if you were in between a mediocre official job offer with potential growth or waiting to hear back from a better opportunity (better pay by 10-20k more; better chance to get CPA license whereas the other doesnt)? I was told verbally that I was the only one who made the final interview and will hear back within a week. However, I had to respectfully ask the mediocre job to give me a week to make a decision. I’m afraid I’ll lose out on both opprotunities if I wait too long

What's the typical frequency at which people switch jobs (every year, every 2 years, etc.)? I've been in my current position for 1.5 years and Iove it, the work, the company, the people. However, I feel like my growth opportunities and compensation could be higher at a different company. Curious to hear thoughts on both sides of the spectrum and the motivations behind each - people who've been at their company for many years, as well as people who switch jobs relatively often. Thanks!
