Hi all - I am looking to move into the world of brand strategy consulting (KPMG has customer consulting division but brand and marketing aren't that strong. Also KPMG UK is the only one of big 4 that has not bought an agency!!). Wanted to hear some advice on the options: go to a boutique (like Lippincott, Prophet) or brand agency? The salary cut for agency is huge though. Are there other options?

I am a recent undergrad graduate (engineering), have been working in consulting (ZS) for a couple of months, but would like to try my luck at MBB, specifically BCG. Comsidering MSW or Masters in Counseling. Would need to do it while continuing to work full time.
