I just left EY. When do they pay out unused PTO?

Endometriosis question - had an endometrial ablation. They removed endometriomas from my uterus but there’s also some on my sacrum/pelvic cavity that she couldn’t get. We are looking into another surgeon that specializes in nueropevology so another surgery is possible. But we are looking into Orlissa and Lupron to stop the growth. I’m hesitant about both medications because I have major depression. Does anyone take these? And what is your experience? I take Prozac and I have the Mirena IUD.
