Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

I have 10 years of experience in change and Transformations & project Management.

Same sh!t, different toilet. SAP implementations at Deloitte are unlikely to be shorter, and they don't have a special way to handle covid. And good luck getting an offer while they are in the midst of layoffs.
But if you can swing it, only leave for a promo and/or 20%+ increase in salary.

I want to leave specifics out of it but it was the area that I was hired in. If it makes a difference I’m in advisory and have heard that it has a better culture compared with consulting
I left Accenture for Deloitte. Would recommend if you're getting a raise/title bump. I find Deloitte marginally better (better offices, easier to talk to partners etc., YMMV) but mostly it's the same tbqh.
Actually audit independence is a pain - luckily I wasn't invested in anything not allowed at the time I joined but I need to crosscheck before investing.
Also, a colleague did let on "it's not a problem if you don't tell them" - though quite risky if found out tbh and I wouldn't recommend it.
Is really leaving for a project the only reason? Not sure then you won’t eventually run into the same issue at Deloitte.
They announced layoffs recently.
A few more things to consider since I also left Accn for big 4.
Prove yourself in the new org - basically this takes 2-6 months to prove that you deserve a manager role in a new firm, especially when you are not in Accn. And you need to prepare for this
Build network - this takes time as well, especially in implementation project since you will be bound with your project teams. The level of support in accn (especially if you have level 3 MD support) , which might not exist in your new firm.
Brand - SAP is Accn’s core biz, and big 4 are building this practice. And of course in a growing organization is different than in a big firm on opportunities but you also need to know the brand is quite different, that all the highly complicated sap deals are still with Accn.
There are other ways to address a delayed promotion (salary increases, more bonus, impactful opportunities), which might not easily happen in the Covid situation but I hope you also consider, no harm to try.
What I would like to say is, jumping ship in consulting are not that simple, of course better title and better pay are important, but all these what I mentioned above are intangible so hopefully you also consider these points as well.
Good luck
Very useful thanks a lot!!!

I just left acn for Deloitte and it’s way better (for me), I’m very pleased so far. I was also associate manager at acn and now senior consultant at d. This is in the US so not sure about Europe
