Hi,
I had received a shortlisting call from Axis Bank. The HR told me link will be shared where I need to update my documents.
I didn't receive any link and HR confirmed that there is some system issue hence link has not come.
Now, it has been 4-5 days, HR is not receiving my calls.
Is someone aware about such issue with Axis Bank HR portal? Axis Bank Ltd

Do not do that ever, makes it seem like wherever you are now is not as great as where you were. Don’t look back.
This!
Would you put “ex boyfriend/girlfriend to” on your dating profile ?
A1 i cant figure out which of the three you mentioned is more lame/ disgusting
I think this only makes sense if you leave a very prestigious brand to go somewhere no-name that needs to establish its credentials (like an early stage startup).
If you’re doing that...maybe. But it still looks tacky. As someone else commented...it’s right there on your LinkedIn/in your resume.
If you need to ask whether a company/school/etc is prestigious and look for a way to justify why it's prestigious, then it's not.
It's like when people attend European MBA programs and note on their LinkedIn that ESADE or whatever is the 5th best MBA program according to some ranking. Nobody from HBS would do this and by pointing out your school's ranking you just look desperate and insecure and clearly not prestigious.
I can imagine a few instances where putting "Ex-[Name]" can be helpful (reaching out to recruiters whilst unemployed, founding a startup but unless you have a clear reason as to why you'd need to do it, I say don't bother putting it on LinkedIn.
Oh god plz no
I mean, anyone who sees your resume will see that you used to work at Deloitte lol
What’s worse than negative?
Gartner?
"Ex-Big D" sounds a lot better
I respect it, takes big balls to admit
When meeting a new potential romantic interest for the first time would you introduce yourself with, “hi, I’m OP, ex-boyfriend/girlfriend of so-and-so”? If you wouldn’t do that, then don’t do essentially the same thing on LinkedIn.
Mentor
Pete Davidson peaked with Ariana. He should do that.
Ex-Harvard as in I took a course at Harvard extension school
Makes you look like a tool. Don’t do it.
If you associate any ounce of self worth you have with working for Deloitte, go ahead. However, any logical person will look at you as an insecure self loathing weirdo which anyone who puts an ‘ex-anything’ is in real life.
That last line..woaahh
Ex-[insert an actually impressive company] is probably best for folks who are solo consultants or building a startup and want that added ethos.
How about “Ex-Management Consultant”
That seems a lot better to me
Let’s face it, Deloitte is really not all that
But it is all that
It depends. In my eyes it’s weird - why not just put your new title? Deloitte will already be in your profile
Coach
Let’s be honest no firm is worth doing that for. Idk if you’re at Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Apple, etc.
The real question is why u want to do that
Will be the dissenting opinion here and say that I quite appreciate it. Gives a solid heads up that the person has consulting experience when I’m looking to grow my team.
you would see it... it’s more about what is the signal / intent you are going for and which eyeballs you would attract
I can’t believe this is even a question
No joke I genuinely saw someone put ex-google intern in their strapline. Worst of all they were at Bain I think!
