No. I had a coworker leave during the first week of January last year and he got the full fitness fund payout.

Where to? Take me with you....

I wish I could, and ending my watch for an industry job.

If you’re struggling mentally like I was, just hang in there and keep on applying. Something will definitely come up realll soon! :)

Save down CPE report, copies of your previous feedbacks, redeem bravo awards, make sure you have all your logins for ADP, 401k fidelity straightened out and also not connected to EY email

likehelpful

You won't have access to any of EY's SSO pages for benefits. You need to have your fidelity login info.

I’m sending positive vibes over to you my friend. I’m happy to share my recruiter with you but not sure how helpful she would be with the visa thing, but regardless happy to help. :)

I'm a financial services audit manager (going to be a 2nd year manager in 2 weeks) and looking to transition into corporate/operational FP&A. My long term goal is to become a CFO so I believe that I will need more finance exposure which I don't really get with my current role. Any thoughts how difficult to get an FP&A job with this experience and whether I can get an FP&A manager title? Also, can anyone share the WLB and work hours in FP&A?

Been in audit for a year now and really don’t like it. Find is so boring and brain rotting. I know audit and PA in general is definitely not for me. I’m not totally sure what I want to do next, maybe something in industry or financial analyst. Is leaving after a year too soon? Am I better sticking it out one more busy season?

I’m looking to leave PA for industry. I stuck it out for 4 years and am just sick of the hours. Plus I am outraged at how my firm has handled this COVID-19 crisis. I really want to find something that allows me to spend my evenings and weekends with my family, and that hopefully offers some flexibility. Remote work is definitely an option. Should I utilize a recruiter to help me find something? Any recommendations?
