Can I reach out to you about your EY PAS experience?

funny

I started in industry and then came to consulting and I probably won’t go back. I wasn’t challenged in the least

Change in comp?

How was your experience at EY PAS?

Don’t be nervous! I just left without anything lined up. Spending my time now prepping for independent work. And keep in mind that you can always boomerang! So just do a solid transition of your project/internal work and take time to network and show your gratitude to those who helped you grow. Good luck!

Chicago friends ! I posted here about offering photo shoots a few months ago and was overwhelmed with the support this community showed. I finally decided to put an instagram page together with samples of my work for those who are interested in hiring me. Some of the excuses to invest in a fun phot
1 Want a new professional headshot but don’t want a boring one
2 Want someone to capture a fun date with your partner
3 Want a fun shoot with your babies or fur babies
4 Spice up that dating profile

Fishies, I am hiring a partner in crime to help me introduce PETERMAYER to the national stage. This isn't your typical biz dev role - it's designed to be a hybrid/cross-discipline role for someone who wants to use their full creative, strategic brain and most definitely NOT stay in their lane. Know anyone that sounds like that, send them my way! (Agency is full-time flex/hybrid, but a desire to be NOLA-based is strongly preferred; however remote may be negotiable.)

Managing attorneys in small firms - how much do you make?

I'm in South Florida. Currently a 6 year associate at a small firm (~12 attorneys, 55 staff). Making a move towards Managing Attorney position that they are considering hiring from outside the firm for. I'm going to make the case that they should promote from within and give me the position. I'm objectively a good candidate for it. Question is... what's a good salary for that position? What do you make? Thanks.

Or look for new investment.

I also have target 2045 ( 31%) and Target 2040 ( 26%) .
Opening a new 401 k account due to job change with different brokerage. How do plan for new investments. Should continue to invest in the target funds or growth funds or perhaps look for something like international index fund or emerging economy index fund.

Anyone have any advice or insight on interviewing for a GS General Attorney position? I’m really excited and working to prepare for an interview I’ve been offered. It’s 3 part, on one day. 2 one on one interviews and a panel interview. For reference, it’s a position in an agency that’s involved in both trade and national security. I’m a litigation junior associate in private practice now, but have a long academic background in international trade, policy, and security.

EY PAS said that they can’t offer more than 115k for senior associate in Chicago. I find that ridiculously low since accenture t&o is offering people 140k to join as a consultant. It is from my understating that ey associate is equal to analyst and sr analyst at Accenture. Then senior associate is equal to consultant/ sr consultant. What am i missing here?
