Yeah the idea of working only 50 hours a week & not traveling weekly for work is lookin like Ryan gosling. Grinding your ass off 80 hours a week, then being considered "consistent with" and getting a 3% yearly bonus is lookin like Lena Dunham.

Call me crazy and maybe I am but I feel like some firms like ACN and TCS are able to charge lower rates than Big 4 but how are they able to pay their employees competitive or higher salaries?
