Our speciality pharmacy provided (Accredo) is so inept I’m repeatedly missing doses of my medication and routinely spending over an hour on the phone during work hours arguing with them. I work at a small company (40 people) and our insurance is blue cross Illinois (who contracts with Accredo for specialty pharmacy).
