It is something people do regularly. But seems to be frowned upon. But everyone does it.

Print them. Take them.
Agree with the others (frowned upon but commonly done). But I would also note that in my experience, firms like to use their own forms. Whenever we have a lateral that tries to use something they like from their old shop, the partner usually sets them straight on our form.

Print them. Do not download or email. You can convert them later.
Print them or do what I’ve figured atleast in my country a lot of people do - create a bank of agreements/form, etc. on your own personal laptop. It’s double the typing work but well there’s no evidence of it ever even being printed on your system. Our systems are on a cloud and record everything including prints. Hence, the typing out a second time.
I keep a flash drive of all my regular forms, briefs, etc. If I leave it’s always in my bookbag. I also travel a lot for my legal work so nobody looks twice at the fact that I carry a drive with me, as internet service and VPN access can be tricky.
Has IT ever commented on this?
I back up & keep my emails. 99/100 times I never need a form or anything else from it except for outlook contacts. I like the security of knowing it’s there, though.
