I have a weird experience with KPMG India . Two weeks ago I had salary negotiation with the HR manager. He told me that the offer will be released in a couple of days but I haven't received the offer letter yet.I tried reaching out to the HR manager but didn't receive any response. Shall I take it as no?
Some of us probably already had this happened

It’s always uncomfortable to make a change. The fact is, you are worth better. Hospitals depend on us feeling this guilt so the admin doesn’t have to. Administration depends on you not bettering yourself out of fear and guilt. You will still be caring for patients but doing so in a healthier way for YOU.
If you feel that your administration does not support you then you are not working for the right organization. I am a nurse manager in a level 1 trauma center and my main goal is to transition my colleagues into roles that accomplish their goals.
This is a sign of integrity. You truly care about the facility you are leaving, and apparently enjoy working with your colleagues. However, don't feel bad for bettering yourself. With our current economic situation, the amount you will save in gas will also seem like a raise. Additionally, you will have more time for yourself/family.
Do not feel guilty !! This is your life your bills always go for the money ! As a nurse with 17 yrs you will always have crazy crap to deal with at least get paid what you want
