Life after audit at Big 4? I am starting to considering leaving after the next busy season, knowing that I genuinely do not enjoy audit. But I am struggling with ideas on what could logically come next… wanting to hear from other professionals on their opportunities after exiting Big 4. If I leave on my estimated timeline I will have completed 1 busy season as a S1, with 2.5ish years total experience at B4.

Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.

Hello, I have a question that needs your inputs how to handle. I am working with a post-MBA Associate on a project and this person seems to do extra work beyond what the team is asking the rest of us to do. I think during our conversations with the leadership, there were a couple of points that were brought up by the MD but that was not a concrete directive that we need to do because if it is, I would know about it from the chain email since I am staffed to the project.

Got let go after completing PIP (got put on PIP after catching Covid and taking a few sick days to recover while coworkers worked when sick) and was asked by HR to sign a Separation agreement that included keeping sign on bonus, a small stipend (few thousand), and next month’s health insurance, but that I cannot sue them for wrongful termination.
